Thank you Grace for this desperately needed categorization of Jovan fragrances. Oriental Lotus is a very interesting and unexpected composition, very aldehydic in the top, with a duality of lotus, heavy spice, and plastic (synthetic lotus, likely) in the middle. The base is heavy on Oakmoss; I would classify this as a spicy/aquatic chypre.
